Airfasco is both a high production cold heading and large diameter smaller quantity hot heading shop.

Airfasco manufactures inch and metric from small diameters M2, #2 through 1-1/4”, M25.

Head styles are hex head, 12 pt, button, pan flat, fillister, brazier and socket head.

Airfasco manufactures standard lengths and specializes in high production cold headed longer lengths.

Airfasco specializes in manufacturing specials to print and can assist in engineering any new fastener requirements.

Airfasco stocks all the raw material used on our standard product lines and finished goods meet DFAR 252.225.7014 alternate 1.

Airfasco designs and manufactures all of the tooling in house to produce our product lines.

Airfasco operates three (3) shifts 24 hour manufacturing and can offer an expedited service on all items we produce.

Currently we are manufacturing over one million fasteners each day.
